Using the website
By using the Lux Collections website, you agree to use it only for lawful shopping and account activity. You are responsible for the activity completed through your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure.
Products and availability
Lux Collections aims to keep product descriptions, prices, images, and stock information accurate. Product colours and details may look slightly different depending on the screen being used. An item in a cart is not reserved until checkout begins.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully completed. Stripe processes payments on its secure checkout page. Lux Collections may contact a customer if an order has incomplete or incorrect information and may cancel or refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.
Shipping and returns
Available shipping options, costs, estimated delivery times, and any return conditions will be shown or confirmed by Lux Collections as part of the purchase. Delivery estimates may be affected by the shipping carrier or other events outside the store's control.
